History: Altitude, formerly Mile High Club, was formed as a World of Warcraft guild in September, 2008. The goal was to game with players locally to Colorado while having the chance to meetup locally for things away from the computer, or sometimes at the computer just somewhere else. DASFA is a science fiction and fantasy fan club that has been meeting monthly since the early 1970s. We meet on the third Saturday (except August & December) at the Broadway Book Mall (200 S. Broadway in Denver) at 7 pm. Programs include authors, science talks, conversation and more, followed by a party at a member's house.
